Brian S. Glatt, MD, FACS and Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey are hosting their second annual “bra drive”!
From October 1 through 31, 2012, our office is collecting gently used and new bras to donate to women in need. We have again joined with The Bra Recyclers®, to help women in need and the environment. The Bra Recyclers® specializes in the recycling and reuse of bras that would otherwise end up in landfills. They have created a network that assists in collecting bras for women in need, both locally and nationally.
What Type of Bras Are Needed?
- New or used bras in good condition (clasps/straps need to be functional)
- All sizes and styles of bras, including post-surgical bras and maternity.
Recycling Your Bras
If the bras are new, please do not remove the tags. If you have a previously worn bra, just launder and it’s ready to be donated. All bras we ship must be sorted by size, so your help in sorting and indicating bra sizes on an outer bag is greatly appreciated! All bras we collect will be shipped on Friday, November 2, 2012.
