This 43-year-old white female presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown, New Jersey with complaints of abdominal laxity, rectus diastasis (muscle separation) and breast ptosis (saggy breast) and was seeking contour improvement of this. Dr. Glatt performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift). The patient did not wish to have breast implants placed.
