This 32 year old female presented with an abdominal deformity and laxity following her pregnancy as well as a significant scar deformity from an emergent c-section. She chose to proceed with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with plication of rectus diastasis (muscle wall tightening) and liposuction to her flanks to achieve her desired outcome.
