Breast Augmentation - Shaped Silicone Implants Case #20452

This 33 year old mother wished to add natural looking volume back to her breasts post pregnancy. Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morris County, New Jersey was able to achieve her desired outcome by performing a bilateral breast augmentation using “gummy bear” anatomically shaped silicone gel implants. This patient required two different implant sizes to accommodate her inherent asymmetry, a 335cc implant was used on the left breast and a 370cc breast implant was used on the right breast. Her implants were placed under the muscle and were inserted with a Keller Funnel through an inframammary fold incision. She is pictured here 3 months post procedure. A breast lift to correct her nipple position was offered but refused by the patient.
