This 44 year old female chose to seek out the expert opinion of Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey to discuss her concerns of abdominal laxity and breast ptosis (sagging breasts). An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with plication of rectus diastasis (tightening of stomach muscle wall) was performed, along with liposuction to her flanks and mons (area above the pubic region). A bilateral sub-glandular (above the muscle) breast augmentation using smooth round silicone breast implants (365cc) was also performed through a peri-areolar incision (incision made around the areola). No breast lift was performed! She is shown here 1 year after surgery.
