This 38 year old woman presented with deflated breasts and a distended abdomen following pregnancies. Dr. Brian S. Glatt performed a bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) along with a bilateral breast augmentation using silicone gel “soft touch” breast implants (295 cc on the right – 310 cc on the left). An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with plication of rectus diastasis (tightening of stomach muscle) was also performed. Liposuction was also implemented to improve contour on her flanks and mons region. She is pictured here only 3 months following her procedure. Given the early time frame, her scars are expected to continue to fade away.
