This 26-year-old patient presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt of Morristown New Jersey with significant bilateral labial hypertrophy of the labia minora soft tissues. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral wedge labiaplasty to correct her contour and normalize the appearance and reduce the functional issues caused by her labial hypertrophy.
