Men Case #28649

This 31 year old male consulted with Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey to discuss surgical intervention to address his gynecomastia (excess breast tissue). A  direct excision of the tissue was performed with an inferior periareolar incision (along the bottom of the nipple) to help conceal its appearance and liposuction was performed as well for peripheral contouring and tapering. The patient is shown here 3 months after surgery was performed.
