This 22 year old male from New Jersey came to discuss gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction). After meeting with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Brian S. Glatt, MD, FACS, he decided to proceed with gynecomastia surgery. In order to achieve optimal results Dr. Glatt excised the excess tissue and given the severity of his condition, skin removal was also required to achieve the best contour possible. A free nipple graft technique was required as well as a no vertical scar reduction. No liposuction was needed. Pictured here, he is 1 year following surgery
