This 12 year old boy was struggling with excess breast tissue and significant nipple protrusion. He and his family sought out the help of Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey to discuss male breast tissue reduction surgery. Although this patient was very young, his family was extremely supportive. Gynecomastia surgery was performed with aggressive bilateral liposuction and open excision of breast tissue under the areola. He is pictured here only 6 months after his procedure.
