Breast Implant Exchange Case #28156

This 51 year old female presented to board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt in Morris County, New Jersey to discuss revising her previously placed breast implants from another surgeon. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral circumvertical breast lift (incision made around the nipple and down the breast) along with a bilateral breast implant exchange. Round textured silicone gel breast implants (250cc) were kept in the same pocket as per patient preference. In this case, her breast implants were subglandular (above the muscle) and were placed through the incision made for her breast lift. She is shown here 5 years after her procedure.
