Breast Lift with Implant Case #29797

This is a 46 year old female had previously had several breast augmentation and revision surgeries by another surgeon in the distant past. She presented to Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt of Morristown, NJ with a severe breast deformity including a double bubble with loss of her inframammary fold, significant breast ptosis, and capsular contracture. An extensive revision including replacement of her implants for new saline-filled breast implants and a bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) was performed. This patient opted for 440 cc Ideal Saline Implants for this procedure. She is shown here one year after her surgery.
