Breast Implant Exchange Case #26667

This 25 year old woman met with Dr. Brian S. Glatt after being dissatisfied with her breast augmentation performed by another surgeon. Dr. Glatt performed a bilateral breast implant exchange as well as a bilateral breast lift (periareolar mastopexy). Her prior implants were removed and her new high profile silicone gel implants (750cc) were placed through an inframammary fold incision. A periareolar breast lift was also performed to better position her nipple areola complex given the larger size implant. She is pictured here one year after her procedure.
