This 43 year old woman sought out Dr. Brian S. Glatt to improve the appearance of her tired-looking lower eyelids. A transconjunctival (from inside the eyelid)lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed. There is no outer skin incision and no skin was removed - only excess fat from below each eye. She is pictured here only 7 weeks following her procedure. She did not wish to address her upper eyelid skin excess.
