Allergan, Inc., recently received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market two new styles of the Natrelle® 410 Highly Cohesive Anatomically Shaped Silicone-Filled Breast Implants. These implants are available for use in primary breast augmentation, as well as breast reconstruction and revisionary surgery.
The new Natrelle® 410 X styles provide extra full projection, while the new L styles feature low height and low projection. Natrelle® 410 shaped gel implants are designed to mimic the slope of the breast and are filled with a highly cohesive silicone gel which enables the implants to hold their shape over time as well as remain soft to the touch.
The 410 X and L styles provide additional choices for Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Brian S. Glatt, MD, FACS to customize each surgery by matching the height and width of each patient’s body type and provide the projection desired for each individual. While round implants achieve a fuller upper breast contour, 410 style implants produce a gradually tapered slope.
If you are considering breast augmentation, call our office at 973-889-9300 to schedule an appointment with Dr. Glatt and discover which implant will produce the look you desire.
