Breast Augmentation - Round Silicone Implants Case #25626

This 24 year old woman sought out expert breast surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt with an interest in a breast enhancement procedure. Having been born with significant breast asymmetry and a pectus excavatum she proceeded with a bilateral breast augmentation. She required significantly different implant sizes and projections to achieve as much symmetry as possible. Her Allergan silicone gel breast implants (right 375cc and left 190cc) were placed through an incision made in the breasts natural crease and were placed beneath her muscle. She is pictured here 1 year following her surgery.
