This 53 year old woman consulted with expert breast surgeon Dr. Brian S. Glatt in Morristown, New Jersey. She was unhappy with saline implants placed over the muscle by another surgeon years ago. She had also developed breast ptosis (droopiness). She is pictured here after having a bilateral vertical mastopexy (breast lift) along with a bilateral breast implant exchange using round silicone gel breast implants (415cc). Extensive internal revision was also performed. She is shown here only 6 weeks following her procedure.
